Brickman is a certified practitioner for the MBTI, MERIT, DISC, and EQ-I. He also conducts workshops, leadership training conferences and coaches executives and individuals utilizing the appropriate assessment.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people make decisions and perceive the world. The purpose of the MBTI is to explain seemingly random actions a person does and demonstrate how it is actually ingrained in who they are.
This test follows four dimensional behavior model of William Moulton Marston. He proposed, in 1928, that normal people behave in four identifiable patterns. He termed these dimensions as Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S) and Compliance. However, he stressed, no normal person can be of extreme type. They are generally mixture of all the four dimensions.
